Free Tax Assistance
In-Person Assistance - VITA/TCE
The IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs offer free basic tax return preparation to qualified individuals who:

People who generally make $60,000 or less

Persons with disabilities

Limited English-speaking taxpayers

Online Assistance
GetYourRefund.org connects you virtually with an IRS-certified tax preparer from their VITA program for free. If you qualify, GetYourRefund can help if you have several years of taxes to file, have not filed taxes before, or have a lot of questions about your tax return and want personal support. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
