Current Vendor Bids & RFPs

Public and Staff Copier / Print Management Solution

Anderson Public Library is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a new Public and Staff Copier / Print Management Solution for the Main Library in Anderson and the Lapel Branch.

The Library is seeking a solution that will modernize and simplify public printing and copying while providing reliable multifunction equipment for staff use. The project includes public multifunction print/copy stations, print management and release, mobile printing, integrated payment options, and staff multifunction copiers.

APL currently uses EnvisionWare LPT:One for public print management and is interested in retaining LPT:One if it can meet the requirements of the proposed solution. However, the Library is open to other vendor-neutral solutions that meet the requirements outlined in the RFP.
