Thank you for your interest in presenting a program at Anderson Public Library.
To ensure equal opportunity for all presenters, we require each prospective presenter to complete the program proposal below. Before submitting your proposal, please note the following guidelines:
Program Guidelines
- Library programs are planned at least 90 days in advance.
- Submission of proposal does not guarantee that you will be selected for library events. Should your proposal be selected, library staff will contact you directly.
- Programs must be open to the public and be free to attend and participate. A library staff person will be present during the program.
- Registration may be required for planning purposes or when space is limited.
- Programs may be held on site at either or both library location(s).
- Any sales of products or services at library programs must be approved by the library.
- Programs may not be used for commercial, religious, or partisan purposes or the solicitation of business.
We will keep all proposal submissions on file for two years.
