Holds Policy
Materials except mobile devices placed on hold are held for customers for eight days. Customers who do not pick up hold items within those eight days will incur a $1.00 fee per item.
Mobile devices placed on hold are held for customers for three days. Customers who do not pick up a held mobile device within those three days will incur a $1.00 fee per item.
