Anderson Public Library's Indiana Room offers genealogy classes at no charge.
Visit our events and classes schedule for the
dates and times of current classes. Basic Family History classes do
not require a reservation, but Genealogy on the Net requires participants
to call (765) 641-2442 to make a reservation.
E-mail answers
Indiana Room staff are happy to answer your family history
questions via e-mail.
Simply send your local or family history question to us.

Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary Loan systems allow library customers to access materials from
across the state and nation. Indiana Room staff can assist customers
in borrowing the following:
- Newspaper microfilm for Indiana is available at no charge, with
a maximum of five rolls per transaction.

Newspapers from other states may be available, but costs may be associated.
- Census and other National Archives microfilm may be rented from
Heritage Quest for $3.50 per roll. There also is a $3 overall postage
charge per order for this service.
Pedigree Chart
This printable chart
is provided as a service to you. It is a good way to get
started in recording your family history. When finished,
bring to the Indiana Room, so it is on file for future generations!
